Barkan reserve cabernet

Our exceptional Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has been created to achieve the perfect balance of fruit aromas and barrel aging. The grapes are hand selected from our vineyards located in the Northern Galilee and harvested at exactly the right moment to create a big and firm wine that maintains its fruit character without being overly alcoholic. The wine is then barrel aged for at least 20 months, mostly in French oak, to establish its balanced charakter. The result is an elegant rich and dark wine that will continue to improve in the bottle for several years.

Full bodied, rich fruit-forward raspberry and dark cherry flavors, subtle hints of oak and along finish. Best Served with : full flavored meat or rich saused chicken dishes.
