Augustinos Cabernet
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification: The grapes were hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions for 15 days. The new wine was quickly separated from its skins to preserve its subtle fresh fruit characteristics. Tasting Note: Attractive and youthful violet-ruby red in colour with complex aromas of red fruit, spice and cedar with a hint of eucalyptus. The red fruit and cedar reappear on the flavourful palate, and balanced acidity keeps the wine fresh. Good structure and ripe tannins lead to a nice long finish. Alcohol: 13.7% Serve: Serve with flavoursome cheeses and red meat dishes
